Small moments can change a neighbour’s day. Your support helps a dad plan a holiday meal, ensures a senior receives monthly home deliveries, and reminds newcomer families that they deserve good food and dignity too.

Neighbour to Neighbour has helped Hamiltonians in need for over 35 years. From our emergency services to educational and family support to our Community Food Centre, we use preventative measures and strategies to alleviate the burden of poverty in Hamilton.
