Neighbour to Neighbour Centre’s Education Department is looking to recruit two summer students to assist in producing professional, informational reports (print & digital) using qualitative & quantitative information. Graphic/visual design, photography skills required as well as demonstrated skills in data collection and reporting.

Community Food Intern Summer Students

Neighbour to Neighbour (N2N) is looking for energetic community food summer students to join our team working to lead our community to an improved quality of life. N2N is a community hub providing diverse programs and services through four departments: Community Food Centre, Emergency Food Services, Education Services, and Family Services. Students will work with our marginalized neighbours, hundreds of volunteers, and many community partners focusing at our new Hamilton Community Food Centre focusing on community gardens, community kitchens, and food justice work.

Foodbank and Warehouse Assistant: Summer Student

Neighbour to Neighbour Centre works to improve the quality of life for our neighbours on Hamilton Mountain. Every month our Foodbank raises 60,000 lbs. of donated food and provides emergency grocery service to 1,150 families who live with low income. We are seeking a summer student intern to assist with all duties related to receiving, sorting and stocking food donations, helping shoppers, maintaining order and cleanliness, and providing support to mobile food access programs. This is a good introductory opportunity for students seeking experience in warehousing, inventory, retail, customer service, or social work environments.
